Why It Suits Large Hands
This is the only mouse here whose maker says outright that it is built for medium to large hands. The body is 132.5 mm long and 99.8 mm wide by Logitech’s figures, so a big hand rests on it fully while the thumb moves the ball and the arm stays still.
The metal plate tilts the body to 20°, which Logitech says improves forearm posture and reduces muscle strain by 27%. Clicks are 80% quieter than before, also by Logitech’s figures.
It is the premium choice for people who want to stop moving the mouse altogether: on a crowded desk or a lap, the ball does all the work.
Charging and Connection
A one-minute USB-C charge gives up to 24 hours, and a full charge lasts up to 120 days, says Logitech. Note that the listing says the charging cable is not included.
It pairs over Bluetooth or the included Logi Bolt receiver, and the Easy-Switch button flips between computers. A precision-mode button slows the cursor for fine work.
Limitations and Compromises
- At $115.99 it costs more than twice the ERGO M575S, which uses the same thumb-ball idea.
- No charging cable in the box.
- Trackballs take practice and need occasional cleaning; the listing showed “Only 3 left in stock” on 5 October 2026.
Who Should Buy It?
- Medium to large hands that want zero arm movement
- People with shoulder or forearm fatigue from mousing
- Small or crowded desks
Skip it if you game, or if a $49 trackball would do the job (see the ERGO M575S). See every pick side by side in our ergonomic mouse for large hands roundup.
