Terms of Use
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of softpickr.com (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
Content on SoftPickr is general information to help you compare products. It is not professional, medical, ergonomic or financial advice. Check the manufacturer’s instructions and the retailer’s listing before you buy, and consult a qualified professional about any health or safety concern.
Accuracy, prices and availability
We try to keep information accurate and current, but specifications, prices and availability change often and we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at the moment you read it. The price and terms shown by the retailer at the time of purchase apply.
Purchases are made with retailers
SoftPickr does not sell products. When you follow a link to a retailer such as Amazon, your purchase, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and that retailer, under its terms.
Affiliate links and advertising
The site contains affiliate links and may display advertising. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
Third-party websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and original images on SoftPickr belong to SoftPickr unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not republish our content in full without permission.
Comments
If you post a comment, it must be lawful, relevant and not spam. We may edit or remove any comment.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftPickr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, or from any purchase made from a third-party retailer.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
