This review is research-based: every specification below comes from the live Amazon listing, checked on 5 October 2026, and from Logitech’s published specifications where the listing leaves a figure out. The verdict weighs those specifications against the other picks in our best ergonomic mouse for large hands comparison. We did not use these mice ourselves; where a figure is not published, we say so.

Why It Suits Large Hands
Width is where most mice fail big hands, and this is the widest conventional mouse in our comparison: Logitech publishes 79.2 mm across and 131.4 mm long. The thumb sits in a deep groove under two side buttons and the DPI-shift button, and the ring and little fingers have a real flank to rest on instead of dragging on the pad.
It is also the control-heavy pick. Logitech counts 13 programmable controls, including a scroll wheel that switches between free-spin and ratcheted modes and tilts left and right. The DPI-shift button can be flipped or removed to suit your grip.
At 106 g it is heavier than the Razer picks but lighter than the trackballs, which many large-handed office users prefer for steady cursor control.
Wireless, Battery and Charging
LIGHTSPEED wireless runs through the included USB-A receiver; a USB-C cable and USB extension are in the box. It also works with Logitech’s POWERPLAY charging mat, sold separately, which tops the battery up while you use it.
Battery life depends heavily on the RGB lighting. The Amazon spec field lists 120 hours; turning the lighting down stretches it.
Limitations and Compromises
- It costs about twice as much as the DeathAdder V3 Pro at today’s prices.
- The RGB lighting is on by default and shortens battery life.
- The listing showed “Only 5 left in stock” on 5 October 2026, so stock may come and go.
Who Should Buy It?
- Very large or wide hands (about 21 cm and up) that palm grip
- MMO, productivity and macro users who want 13 programmable controls
- Buyers who already own a POWERPLAY mat
Skip it if you want a light mouse for fast aiming, or if you need relief from wrist rotation rather than more room. See every pick side by side in our ergonomic mouse for large hands roundup.
