Key Specifications

Why It Is the 51 mm Pick

Most puck screens are built for Breville or 58 mm machines first. CREMA names its 51 mm screen for the De'Longhi Dedica and Capresso PRO outright, which takes the guesswork out of fitting one to a popular small machine. It is a 1.7 mm 316L stainless steel screen with a 150 micron mesh that, per the listing, holds its shape under pressure and rinses clean. Crema Coffee Products is a family-owned brand that answers fit questions directly.

Headspace in a Small Basket

A 51 mm basket is small, and a 1.7 mm screen takes a noticeable share of its headspace. If the screen leaves a deep imprint, drop the dose slightly. Puck screens matter most with the non-pressurized baskets many Dedica owners upgrade to; with the stock pressurized basket the effect is smaller, though the screen still keeps grounds off the shower screen. CREMA's other two sizes (53.4 mm for Breville and 58.5 mm for dual boilers and E61) share this review pool.

Limitations and Compromises

The 1.7 mm thickness is the trade-off in a small basket. The listing showed "Only 10 left in stock" on 9 October 2026, so check availability. The 151 ratings are shared with CREMA's 53.4 mm and 58.5 mm screens. No warranty term is stated.

Who Should Buy It?

• De'Longhi Dedica and Capresso PRO owners
• Anyone with a 51 mm non-pressurized basket
• Buyers who want a named fit rather than a generic size

Skip it for a Breville 54 mm machine (CREMA's 53.4 mm listing or the Normcore fit those) or if you want the cheapest 51 mm option (the XIWENQUKU two-pack).

SoftPickr Verdict

Before you order any puck screen, check your portafilter basket size: Breville machines use 54 mm baskets (53.3–53.5 mm screens), most De’Longhi machines 51 mm, and the Gaggia Classic Pro and other commercial-style machines 58 mm.
