This review is research-based: every specification below comes from the live Amazon listing, checked on 5 October 2026, and from Logitech’s published specifications where the listing leaves a figure out. The verdict weighs those specifications against the other picks in our best ergonomic mouse for large hands comparison. We did not use these mice ourselves; where a figure is not published, we say so.

Why It Suits Large Hands
A flat mouse makes the forearm rotate palm-down all day. The MX Vertical stands the hand up at 57°, the handshake position, and Logitech says that cuts muscular activity by 10% compared with a standard mouse while the thumb rests on a ledge.
For large hands the vertical shape has a quiet advantage: the hand wraps around the body instead of stretching along it, so length matters less than it does on a flat mouse. The textured rubber surface helps a big palm grip it without squeezing.
With 15,113 ratings it is by far the most-rated mouse in our comparison, and at $77.99 on 5 October 2026 it was well under its $119.99 list price.
Sensor and Battery
The 4,000 DPI sensor means less hand movement for the same cursor travel, and the cursor speed switch on top changes speed at a press. Logitech says the mouse was designed against criteria set by ergonomists.
It charges over USB-C (cable included). The Amazon spec field lists battery life at 4 months.
Limitations and Compromises
- Only 4 buttons, and none of the gaming features of the Razer and G502 picks.
- Vertical mice take a few days to get used to, and precise work such as photo editing can feel slower at first.
- Logitech’s own size figures are not in the Amazon listing; check the photos against your hand.
Who Should Buy It?
- Large hands with wrist or forearm discomfort from flat mice
- Office and productivity users
- Anyone who wants a proven, widely reviewed vertical mouse
