Rossetta Dual Lens Galaxy Star Projector
Galaxy projectors are the rare gadget category where the cheap options and the expensive options do roughly the same thing, and the difference lands almost entirely in how convincing the effect looks on a ceiling. Single-lens units throw a flat sheet of colour with a scattering of dots over it. Dual-lens units, of which the Rossetta is the most widely bought, put the nebula wash and the star field on separate optical paths so the two layers move independently and the ceiling reads as depth rather than wallpaper. The dual-lens effect is genuinely better than single-lens rivals, and the white noise and speaker functions are more than filler.
