Why It Is the Best Large Pad and Value
Most heated desk pads are 13 in deep, which warms your hands but not much of your forearms. Mymyth’s title and bullets list this one at 17.5 in deep (the detail table says 15.7 in, so expect at least that). It was also the cheapest pick on 6 October 2026 at $19.99, with 176 ratings at 4.4 stars.
It has the widest heat range we found: eight steps in 10-degree jumps from 80°F to 150°F, shown on a digital display, and it remembers your last setting.
Desk or Floor
Mymyth sells it as both a desk pad and a foot warmer under the desk, and the thick rubber base is designed not to slide. If your feet are colder than your hands, it can do that job too, though a dedicated heated floor mat from our under desk heater guide is built for it.
The top is waterproof faux leather that wipes clean.
Limitations and Compromises
150°F is hot for skin contact; start low. The size figures disagree between the title (17.5 in) and the detail table (15.7 in), and Mymyth publishes no wattage, voltage or safety mark. It shuts off after 3 hours, an hour sooner than most picks. Mymyth warns not to put laptops or batteries on the heated surface.
Setup and Care
Start at 80–100°F and step up. Wipe with a damp cloth. Keep laptops, phones and batteries off it while heating, as Mymyth advises.
Who Should Buy It?
- Tight budgets: the cheapest pick at $19.99
- Anyone who wants warm forearms as well as hands
