EAMBRITE Halloween Projector — Rotating Ghost Projector Light, Waterproof, Indoor/Outdoor

EAMBRITE Halloween Projector Review (2026)

The EAMBRITE rotating ghost projector scores 7.9/10. It is the budget pick: the cheapest light in our comparison, a UL-listed 12 V waterproof adaptor and three ways to mount it, held back by a single ghost effect and no timer.

This review is research-based: every specification below comes from the live Amazon listing, and the verdict weighs those specifications against the other five picks in our best Halloween projector comparison.

Key Specifications

The Cheapest Way to Haunt a Wall

At $19.99 the EAMBRITE is the lowest-priced projector in our comparison, and it does one thing: it throws white ghosts that drift and rotate across a wall, garage door or ceiling. EAMBRITE describes the effect as “bright and clear white spooky ghosts” that do not cause eye irritation. There are no slides to swap and no colors to cycle through, and that simplicity is the appeal. You plug it in and the front of the house looks haunted in about a minute.

Coverage and Distance

The listing gives a best projection distance of 2 ft to 16 ft and says the pattern grows with distance, up to about 900 sq ft. That is plenty for a garage door, a porch wall or a living-room ceiling. It is less than the FLITI’s 32 ft throw, so if you want to cover the whole front of a two-story house from the lawn, this is not the light for it. The head is adjustable, so you can aim it up at a wall from a flower bed or down from a shelf.

Built for a Wet October

What sets the EAMBRITE apart from the no-name ghost lights at the same price is the power supply. It runs on a 12 V, UL-listed waterproof adaptor with a 16.4 ft lead-in, so you can leave it outside in the rain. Many cheap projectors, including the Toodour in this group, warn that the adaptor itself must be kept dry. You get three mounting options: a ground stake for the lawn, a stand base for a table or windowsill, or a wall mount (screws are not included).

Limitations and Compromises

It is a one-trick light. You cannot switch to pumpkins, bats or a Christmas scene, and the listing does not mention a timer, so you will need a plug-in outdoor timer if you don’t want to switch it on and off by hand. There is no manufacturer warranty on the listing. With 718 ratings the 4.1-star average is well supported, but it is the lowest average among the outdoor lights we compared.

Setup and Maintenance

Push the stake into the lawn, or stand it on its base, 2–16 ft from the surface. Aim the head, plug the waterproof adaptor in, and focus by moving it closer or further. For a cleaner effect, aim at a plain light-colored wall or garage door rather than brick.

Who Should Buy It?

• You want a ghost effect for under $20
• You need an adaptor that is rated to be left out in the rain
• You’re lighting a garage door, porch wall or ceiling, not a whole house front
• You’d rather have one convincing effect than a box of slides

Look elsewhere if you want a built-in timer and more patterns (the Toodour double-head projector has both) or a light you can reuse at Christmas (the FLITI slide projector).

SoftPickr Verdict

The EAMBRITE scores 7.9/10. It is the cheapest way to put moving ghosts on a wall, with the safest outdoor power supply in the budget group. Prices on Amazon move; the figure in this review was $19.99 at the time of writing and the live listing is the only accurate source.
