Best For / Skip If
Best for: property owners, hikers and boaters who want both a wide flood and real reach from one compact light.
Skip if: you only need area light — the WUBEN X1 Pro gives more lumens for less money.
Flood, Spot and Both
The Marauder Mini 2 is built around a toggle that switches between floodlight, spotlight and both, and a rotary knob for brightness. OLIGHT says the lanyard doubles as a USB-C charging cable and the light also takes OLIGHT’s magnetic MCC charger. Battery status shows on a color-coded indicator.
Safety first: at these outputs the head and body get hot within minutes, and the beam can dazzle at long range. Never point it at people, animals, drivers or aircraft, keep it away from children, and lock it out before it goes into a bag. Follow the maker’s manual for charging the built-in lithium battery.
Limitations and Compromises
It costs $219.99, the controls are more involved than a single-button light, and the battery is built in. Its flood output (10,000 lm) is below the TM20K and MS03 on paper; its strength is the combination with a 750 m spot.
