Made for the Luxe Café
Ninja’s Luxe Café machines brought a lot of new home baristas to espresso, and this is Ninja’s own knock box for them. It matches the machine’s black and stainless look, and it gives you a sanitary surface to knock pucks into, separate from the kitchen bin. It works with any portafilter, but it makes the most sense next to a Ninja.
Sized for Double Shots
Ninja rates it for up to 10 double-shot pucks, so capacity is in line with the Breville Knock Box 10. The knock bar comes out for cleaning, and the footprint is a compact 5.65 in square. Its 4.8-star average from 1,309 ratings is the highest among the brand-made boxes we compared.
Limitations and Compromises
The body is metal and plastic with a stainless finish, not solid steel. The listing does not say it is dishwasher-safe. If you do not own a Ninja, the MHW-3BOMBER holds more for less and the Breville is the more neutral design.
Setup and Care
Remove the knock bar, empty the pucks and rinse the box by hand.
Who Should Buy It?
