Three Tools in One Box
The kit covers the whole prep sequence: the magnetic funnel stops grounds spilling while you dose, the WDT tool breaks up clumps, and the two-sided puck tool levels the bed with one end and tamps it with the other. Bought separately, the Normcore V4 tamper ($43.99) and Normcore WDT tool V3 ($32.99) alone come to $76.98, more than twice the kit price.
Made for Breville 54 mm Portafilters
Reoszeank lists nine Breville machines, including the Bambino Plus and the Barista Express. Those machines use a 54 mm portafilter that takes 53.3 mm tools, and this is the size-specific version of the kit. A 51 mm version (for 51 mm portafilters) is listed separately.
A Distributor-Tamper, Not a Spring Tamper
The tamping side is a fixed-depth leveler: you set it once and rotate it on the basket, which gives a flat, repeatable surface without measuring pressure. It is not a calibrated spring tamper like the Normcore V4, so the depth setting has to match your dose.
Limitations and Compromises
Reoszeank is a small Amazon brand with 566 ratings, far fewer than the other picks, and the listing does not publish a warranty or the WDT needle count. A fixed-depth distributor-tamper needs re-adjusting when you change dose. It fits 54 mm Breville portafilters only.
Setup and Care
Wipe each tool after use and dry the stainless parts before storing. Keep the magnetic funnel away from the grinder’s static-prone chute if grounds start to cling.
Who Should Buy It?
- You own a Breville Bambino, Barista Express or other 54 mm machine
- You are starting from zero and want the core tools at once
- You want less mess while dosing
- You prefer one purchase over three
Skip it if your portafilter is 51 mm or 58 mm, or if you want a spring tamper. For a single better tool, the MHW-3BOMBER WDT tool fits every size.
SoftPickr Verdict
The Reoszeank 54 mm kit scores 8.0/10. It is the quickest way for a Breville owner to get a funnel, a WDT tool and a leveling tamper for about the price of one premium tamper. Price at the time of writing: $34.81. Prices on Amazon move; the live listing is the only accurate source.
