Philips 7000 Series Pasta Maker Review — Worth $380 for Fresh Pasta?
The Philips 7000 Series pasta maker (HR2660/03) is a 150W automatic extruder that mixes, kneads and shapes fresh pasta in under 10 minutes, producing up to eight portions per batch with eight shaping discs included. Its strength is throughput: it turns cooking fresh pasta for a full table into a weeknight job rather than a weekend project, and it produces extruded shapes no rolling machine can. The catch is price against effort. At around $380 you still measure precisely, still clear a die after every session, and still need several batches to learn it.
